Dion Faulds

I had the opportunity to join Bass Beams in 2005.

While the new factory was still being erected in Cato Ridge as a factory Forman.  Being in the factory gave me immense insight into theproduct and its capabilities.  A position became available in the sales department and I decided to take on a new challenge.

With the support of an amazing sales team and boss, it proved to be my career calling.  After a good couple of years I was then promoted to the Sales Manager and in 2014 was given yet another opportunity and promoted to the Technical Sales Manager.

Since joining Bass Beams I have grown from strength to strength and I’m a firm part of the Bass Beams Family.
